The Algerian Embassy in Nairobi informs our citizens residing in Kenya, Somalia and South Sudan that it has been decided to allow, as an exception and until October 31, 2024, Algerian citizens holding valid foreign passports to enter and exit the national territory without having to commit to obtaining a visa in advance, following one of the following two formulas:
- A valid foreign passport, accompanied by the Algerian biometric and electronic national identification card (CNIBE), even if the latter is expired.
- A valid foreign passport accompanied by an expired Algerian biometric passport for people who do not have a CNIBE.
