Algerian MF Attaf, Mauritanian Counterpart Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations at OIC Foreign Ministers Meeting
Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks on Sunday in Istanbul, Turkey, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug, on the sidelines of the 51st session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
On this occasion, the two ministers discussed the main issues on the agenda of the ministerial meeting and examined ways and means to further strengthen relations of brotherhood, partnership, and complementarity between the two sisterly countries, in accordance with the guidelines of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and his brother, President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
