Algeria denounces and condemns the blatant Israeli aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran. This aggression would never have taken place had it not been for the impunity and lack of accountability enjoyed by the aggressor.

This aggression, which took place in violation of all international laws, first and foremost the principles of the United Nations Charter, confirms that the systemic hostile policy of Israeli settlement is a policy based on the illusion of guaranteeing the security and stability of its entity at the expense of the security and stability of its neighborhood, to be traded by the Palestinians in all their occupied territories, through all the countries in the neighborhood, without exception.

While warning against the risks of giving in to the arrogance and tyranny of the Israeli occupation, Algeria calls on the international community, and in particular the United Nations Security Council, to fully assume its responsibilities, by working to press
